What You'll Do
Responsibilities
This position will serve as a liaison for the production section managers in an explosives manufacturing environment. Specific job responsibilities include the following:
- Review the production schedule and ensure the material, tooling, procedures, and equipment are available to execute the work
- Take attendance at standup and stand down meetings
- Manage moves of explosives and weapon components
- Manage completion and retention of weapon related records
- Assist with the assignment of auxiliary tasking such as Fire Watch
- Monitor/coordinate training schedules
- Coordinate 35-account inventory and ordering duties
- Work with tooling coordinators to ensure proper unexpired tooling is available for use
- Monitor required reading related to specified qualifications
- Assist with the 5s process and identifying and removal of excess material and equipment
- Schedule and coordinate job assignments within a production activity
- Apply the principles of Formality of Operations in processing areas

Minimum Job Requirements
- Associate degree in related discipline: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- OR Applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent may be considered on an exceptional basis with 6 or more years of relevant experience.
