Job Description
Savannah River National Laboratory's Environmental and Legacy Management (ELM) directorate is seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Analyst to work with Researchers & Managers to support project execution & overall delivery for mission initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Researchers to generate detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reports, conducts risk analysis & monitoring the progress against project milestones & budgets
- Provides technical & analytical guidance to the project team in consultation with Researchers.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards & review of project deliverables. Flags challenges to Researchers & Managers.
- Supports generation of monthly program reports utilized to document organization accomplishments.
- Analyzes & documents requirements by liaising with users in the Laboratory.
- On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks & vendor deliverables.
- Support subcontracting document initiation & processing to execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA + 1-3 yrs relevant experience
- Maintain appropriate level government security clearance. For ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is Legally Required

About The Team
SRNL’s Environmental & Legacy Management (ELM) Directorate closely collaborates with the Department of Energy (DOE) and site contractors to develop, mature, and apply science and technology needed to resolve environmental challenges and advance legacy management missions. As the lead laboratory for Environmental Management (DOE-EM) and Legacy Management (DOE-LM), SRNL applies our talent and expertise to develop and deploy innovative approaches and technologies to reduce risk, cost, and schedule of environmental cleanup and nuclear material processing. Additionally, ELM is using our competencies to develop new materials and processes for a range of clean energy applications.
