Job Description
Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking a PC Administration Scheduler to coordinate, schedule, and track the deployment, installation, and recovery of SRNL end-user PCs and mobile devices. The ability to plan and track progress, develop statistics and metrics for reporting, and the ability to manage change in a growing organization are critical skills required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Interface with SRNL IT PC Coordinator, SRNL organization PC planners, end-users, and field support personnel.
- Schedule PC and mobile device delivery and installation.
- Develop and maintain calendars to track deployment schedules.
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to report on performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, deliveries, and inventory.
- Provide general administrative support, as needed.
- Perform work safely with particular attention to quality and attention to detail.
- Ensure policy and procedure compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma + 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- For ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is legally required.
- Experience in schedule development and coordination in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with the MS Office suite of tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface with both internal and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using MS Bookings, or similar scheduling tools.
