Job Description
The Strategic Programs Integration Division of the Weapons Production Technology (WPT) Directorate is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager (PM) to coordinate and manage SRNL programs for the NNSA Office of Defense Programs (NA-10). This program manager will oversee projects and coordinate budget while working closely with portfolio managers, principal investigators, line management, as well as NNSA-HQ program management. The PM will be responsible for routine reporting on work scope status and progress through written updates, submitting, tracking and communicating budget status, and attending local and HQ meetings as necessary. This position is expected to coordinate project scopes and staffing with line management and assist the WPT division directors with resource planning and forecasting (skill, competency and funding.) Additionally, the PM will be expected to expand current and develop new programs to align with the strategic direction of WPT and NA-10.
Responsibilities
Requires the application of expertise in professional area(s) to achieve results of the program typically gained through formal education and experience. May provide guidance to others using technical expertise. Positions within the Professional Career Band typically require a university degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Leads and oversees the planning, executing and tracking of programs. Program managers do so from a high-level view that allows them to understand how projects fit into their organization. Candidate shall be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA + 10-12 yrs, MS + 8-10, or PhD 6-8 of relevant experience
- For ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is LegallyRequired
Preferred Qualifications
PhD + 6-8 yrs of relevant experience
