As the
Manufacturing Quality Supervisor, you will lead day‑to‑day quality operations on the production floor while supervising a team of quality inspectors and technicians. You will ensure that nonconforming products are properly controlled, calibration programs remain compliant, and scrap and RMA processes run efficiently.
Schedule Requirement: This role is designated for
2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM). However, the successful candidate must be flexible to work
1st Shift for the first 2–3 months to complete training and onboarding before transitioning to the permanent 2nd Shift schedule.
What will you do?
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10+ quality personnel, ensuring daily coverage and performance expectations are met.
- Lead the quality hold and MRB processes, coordinating containment actions and driving timely material disposition.
- Oversee the calibration program, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, scheduled, and compliant with ISO and internal standards.
- Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
- Support testing, audits, process reviews, and compliance initiatives related to ISO 9001, or applicable industry standards.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Proven experience supervising 10+ employees in a manufacturing environment
- Skilled in coaching, training, performance management, and holding teams accountable
- Experience leading hourly workforce and managing day‑to‑day operational performance
- Strong communicator able to interface effectively with shop floor employees and top management
- Ability to lead and facilitate cross‑functional discussions with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and other teams
- Experience managing QC Inspection, electrical testing, auditing calibration schedules for production and inspection equipment
- Understanding measurement systems analysis, and calibration traceability
- Ability to maintain accurate quality test records, calibration records and ensure compliance with internal and external standards

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 110,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
