What You'll Do - The Infrastructure Metric Analyst leads efforts related to metric development for the organization and collaborates with leaders to identify informational needs and produce organizational reports. In this role, you will acquire data related to Infrastructure work orders via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This data will be organized, validated and organized, and ultimately analyzed to identify performance trends, while also highlighting areas where improvements can be made. The candidate must have strong communication skills to interface with all levels of management within the organization as metrics are refined and analysis is performed. The candidate should also possess a high degree of competency with data mining and mastery of reporting tools such as Microsoft (MS) Office, SQL, SAP, and Tableau.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepares weekly and monthly metrics to support Infrastructure meetings and goals
- Develop metrics and standards as basis for data driven process improvements
- Develop and/or lead trainings or discussions on metric enhancements or new metric developments
- Work as a key interface point between senior management, and the technical team to identify, discuss, and resolve any issues related to data mining and metric reporting
- Maintain the suite of metrics for the organization on time and with accuracy
- Collaborate and coordinate across all organizations to develop the most effective Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the site
- Support of cooperation and cohesiveness within their assigned work group

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Typical experience ranging from 4 to 7 years.
- Or Master’s degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Typical experience ranging from 4 to 7 years.
- OR Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 10 years of completed education and/or relevant experience.

Preferred Job Requirements
- Possess strong writing, public speaking and verbal presentation skills as briefings to senior management and Department of Energy (DOE) personnel may be required.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP product suite
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of data related to the organization.
- Ability to meet deliverable schedule dates with a quality product, and the ability to perform independently and achieve desired results with little supervision.
- Required to work occasionally on weekends or evenings due to mission critical Maintenance requirements.
