Job Description
Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) seeks to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP). Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the TAP will enable the vision and strategy for the Talent Acquisition function as set by the laboratory.
Responsibilities
- Partner with SRNL hiring managers and staff on open positions, role prioritization, and targeted outreach.
- Engage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, including creating compelling postings and campaigns, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, screening candidates, guiding hiring teams through the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
- Maintain a constant focus on candidate experience to enable successful hiring outcomes and promote SRNL's reputation as a premier workplace.
- Create and deploy search strategies to attract highly skilled candidates; identify talent gaps in partnership with hiring leaders and develop sourcing plans to fill those gaps to include University partners, industry, and technical leadership organizations as well as FFRDCs.
- Proactively build a talent pipeline for current and anticipated highly specialized roles across SRNL.
- Manage internal ATS and CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and policies
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of relevant experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is legally Required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active DOE Clearance
- Talent Acquisition Experience at a DOE National Laboratory
- Experience creating collaborative recruitment programs
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with Oracle HCM Recruiting Module
- Successful completion of sales focused, bias for action talent acquisition training
