What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on full-cycle recruiting from candidate identification, engagement, and acquisition of top talent to support organizational objectives across bargaining, salaried non-exempt, exempt, managerial, and/or executive positions. This role focuses on talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and pipeline development for specialized technical and high-demand roles.
You will utilize strategic sourcing techniques, Boolean search, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven talent tools, competitive intelligence, passive candidate engagement, and employer branding to build and maintain a strong pipeline of professionals. This role partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources (HR) Business Partners to execute effective technical hiring strategies and support workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies for critical technical roles using Boolean search, AI recruiting tools, data mining, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other technical platforms
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive talent through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and talent communities to build a high-quality pipeline
- Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence research, and market analysis to anticipate future hiring needs and drive data-driven recruitment
- Build relationships with technical organizations, professional associations, universities, and industry forums to expand sourcing reach
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Candidate Engagement
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies that align with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations for technical roles across bargaining, salaried non-exempt, exempt, managerial, and executive levels
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and recruitment marketing to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Data-Driven Recruitment & Process Optimization
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion rates, and diversity hiring goals
- Optimize recruitment marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), job boards, and programmatic advertising to attract top talent
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- OR Applications without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 10 or more years of completed education and/or relevant experience
