What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and safeguard critical organizational documents, including sensitive and classified materials, through electronic conversion and secure record-keeping
- Coordinate and schedule a wide range of training classes and professional development activities for Organizational Development & Training (OD&T) personnel and visitors, managing all logistical aspects
- Ensure the accuracy of training qualifications and generate necessary reports to facilitate essential prerequisite classes and facility tours
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple managers within the OD&T group, including managing calendars, scheduling travel, ordering supplies, and assisting with various operational needs
- Act as a key point of contact in various administrative functions and supporting management with complex reports and correspondence
- Track and analyze important metrics for the OD&T organization, contributing to strategic objectives and continuous improvement
Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Associate degree: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Job Requirements
- Formal education in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- 5 or more years of progressive administrative support experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably within a government or highly regulated setting
- Experience handling sensitive or classified information with the utmost discretion and adherence to protocols
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems and records management best practices
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software

- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.
Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10 CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply.
