What You'll Do
This position will be responsible for the support, creation, maintenance, and reporting of supply chain metrics. This includes, but is not limited to, Key Performance Measures (KPMs), dashboard data and visualization, internal and external reporting and audit requirements, customized and routinized reporting, project support, investigative support, cost savings support, and compliance. This position will also be responsible for utilizing effective platforms to convey requested data to end users. The individual will be responsible for working with end users to assist in the development of queries, troubleshooting system issues, evaluating database contents, and satisfying requirements. And, the individual will support continuous improvement efforts with consequence to the supply chain organization by providing needed data and improvement paths.
- Provide data and reports to internal and external recipients.
- Support end users through the writing of queries and reports, as well as generating databases, visualizations, summaries, and explanatory analyses.
- Comply with periodic reporting requirements in support of National Nuclear Secruity Administration (NNSA) Production Office, or other external authorities, and Pantex Management.
- Assist users with understanding the information provided from various systems and contexts.
- Support the creation, maintenance, and reporting of records within the vendor master.
- Analyze and monitor key performance metrics, including small business, cost savings, organizational health, and personnel performance, among others, as needed.
- Assist with other duties, as assigned, by the Compliance and Procurement organizations
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- PhD
- OR Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 13 years of completed education and/or relevant experience.

Preferred Job Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management, materials management, procurement, or computer sciences.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP).
- Highly proficient in understanding data queries and providing data in various formats.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, ect.)
- Applicant must have good organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task and to participate on projects across multiple organizations.
- Ability to manage, organize, and analyze large amounts of data using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Tableau, Power BI, or Web Intelligence.
- Good communicator and team-oriented.
- Past procurement experience and knowledge related to the acquisition of materials in support of project operations and supporting deliverables.
- Familiarity with Procurement practices.

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.
Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 709. Medical requirements may apply.
