Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Project Manager to work on our Demonstration Infrastructure and Support team. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our REC facility with every other Friday off. The Project Manager provides managerial leadership on the project and is responsible for all aspects of a project, including scope, schedule, cost, milestones, and resources. Responsibilities Include: - Plan, document, execute, manage, and report on projects. - Integrate and communicate with customers, partners, and managers of related projects. - Determine appropriate products or services with clients or customers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. - Utilize project management techniques to assure technical, schedule, and budget baselines are controlled throughout each phase of a project. Participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews. - Manage all projects in accordance with all BEA procedures and policies. Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risk. - Collaborate with procurement, and interface with the customer, regarding General and Special Conditions; participate in subcontract amendment negotiations and obtain necessary corporate and customer approvals. - Make improvements, solve problems, or take corrective action when problems arise. - Identify project documentation requirements or procedures. - Manage projects to ensure that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and that all work is performed in a safe manner. - Review inter-organizational agreements and subcontract packages for completeness and conformity to project requirements. - Perform project closeout activities including final cost report and project records closeout. - Develop teams as appropriate to successfully complete projects. - This position closes: 6/26/25
