Job Responsibilities/Duties
Our Data Analytics (DA) Team is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to serve as a lead developer and system admin willing to support the extended project team and take an active part in the team mission. As a solution architect you'll use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to work well as part of a team and provide support to CPCCo functional areas to solve complex problems and resolve issues at multiple levels.
A Day In The Life Of The Business Systems Analyst, Under Minimal Supervision, Performs Complex Assignments That Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Participate in discussions to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Capture and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions and develop new solutions to support business operations.
- Perform analysis of system data to understand and map data connections between business systems.
- Extract, transform, load data from diverse sources.
- Work within established company procedures to build and maintain Power BI dataflows, data sets and reports.
- Provide support to design, develop, test and document reports, dashboards, apps, and other analytic tools.
- Perform work in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied workloads, prioritized tasks, execute independent decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience.
- Senior Level Grade 19: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 9 or more years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with M Power Query and DAX
- Familiar with computer languages such as SQL, M, R, Python, HTML, and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with data analytics platforms.
- Understanding of data science principles.
- Experience using code repository tools such as Microsoft DevOps or GitHub.
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
- Senior Level Grade 18: $106,663 - $134,588.
- Senior Level Grade 19: $117,225 - $147,775.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
