CPCCo seeks a Business Services Director to manage all duties and responsibilities as required and assigned, directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies. The Director will assume responsibility for emerging issues as they arise, identify and implement solutions and document lessons learned.
The Director will directly interface and engage with the CPCCo President, other CPCCo Directors, corporate owner governance groups and representatives, DOE client representatives, and various community stakeholders.
The Director will provide oversight, guidance, and direction to the following functions:
• Project Integration, including all aspects of project controls (baseline, cost, schedule, funding) Finance, including Chief Financial Officer functions and committee representation regarding administration of sitewide pension and savings 401(k) plans.
• Procurement, of professional services, construction services and materials/equipment/commodities.
• Information Technology (IT) / Chief Information Officer, including interface with operational systems technical groups, site IT services contractor, records management, and document control.
• Prime Contract Management, all aspects of effective administration.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Compliance, including coordination among DOE Headquarters counterparts, professional groups, and industry groups.
• Mentoring of early career managers and professionals.
Basic Qualifications
• Director Grade 26: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field plus 15 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to exercise these skills with confidence and conviction.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience within the DOE complex and DOE contractors.
• Demonstrated leadership of 100+ employees.
• Continuous Improvement impacts to increase operational efficiency.
• Aligns organization to achieve goals and objectives.
Compensation & Benefits (HR Only)
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
• Grade 26: $272,388 - $358,363.
