Our Systems Integration & Change Control team is seeking dynamic Business / Data analytics professional with the ability to provide support for Deltek Cobra software and/or Primavera P6 Scheduling. Our mission is to support the field project controls team and reporting to our customer on a weekly and monthly basis, promoting excellent external and internal customer service based on routine or expedient demands. Daily operations require multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to quickly grasp project controls related systems, tools and processes. A Day In The Life Of The Systems Integration Analyst, Under Minimal Supervision, Performs Complex Assignments That Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Supporting the Project Controls Services organization in the maintenance of the Earned Value Management databases used by CPCCo for the purpose of retaining and managing the PMB cost processor (Deltek Cobra).
- Providing standard process requirements, procedures, and guidance for Project Controls staff related to the use of the Deltek Cobra cost management system, Hanford Programs Integrated Control (HPIC) module, Hanford Data Integrator (HANDI) and the DOE-HQ Project Assessment and Reporting System (PARS II).
- Provide support to staff, field, and other site contractors for all aspects of the assigned scope and provide an interface with CPCCo personnel
- Provide support to validate data within the tool sets and recommendations for improvements/efficiencies
- Assist projects as needed, with integrating and validating data in Cobra
- Assisting in identifying any cost, schedule, or performance problems related to CPCCo
- Applying cost analysis such as Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts: the basis used in the Cobra software
- Supporting external audits or data requests, compiling data and participating in review of baseline, estimates and/or proposals with customer staff in responding to questions
Basic Qualifications
- Senior Level Grade 19: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 9 or more years of relevant experience.
- Principal Level Grade 20: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has a greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or another business related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, data mining techniques, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to write complex queries using tools such as SQL for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence
- Previous experience administering an Oracle COBRA database environment in the DOE complex, Department of Defense, or equivalent environment
- Deltek COBRA experience
- Primavera P6 knowledge
- EVM knowledge
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Excel (lookup and pivot table experience)
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Access
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
- Senior Level Grade 19: $114,475 - $144,325.
- Principal Level Grade 20: $126,025 - $158,875.
