What You'll Do
Coordinates the planning, scheduling, monitoring, configuration control, analysis, and reporting on multiple scopes of varying size, complexity, and level of risk. Provides project manager with tools to ensure projects are on track, within budget and within compliance of requirements. Plans, develops, monitors, and controls project scope, cost, and schedule integration. Provides the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on cost and schedule for concurrent projects throughout the organization. Services include developing cost, schedule, and risk plans by (work breakdown structure) collecting performance data (installed quantities, expended labor hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract work), tracking data (daily cost compilation and monitoring), analyzing (earned value, productivity and risk analyses), developing forecast of estimate to complete, and reporting. Identifies and tracks all changes or potential changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management. Integrates cost and schedule data and reporting with the company's accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals. Additional services include change control management and critical path method network analysis.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- OR Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 10 years of completed education and/or relevant experience.

- Experience with Primavera P6
- Proficiency with Microsoft software applications, including Windows, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint, and the ability to integrate applications
- Knowledge of or experience with project controls practices and principles, including work breakdown structure development, duration management, schedule logic and dependencies, critical path analysis, change control, cost engineering, estimating, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), status reporting, and what-if analysis
- Ability to resolve complex issues, strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communications skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.
Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 709. Medical requirements may apply.
