What You'll Do
- Perform operational duties in support of regulatory, security, and industry practices compliance documentation.
- Perform any combinations of non-routine duties such as checking calculations, tabulating and recording data collecting, sorting, classifying, assembling, and processing information from generally established sources.
- Maintain database by entering new and updated account information.
- Interpret information from a variety of source documents to determine data to be keyed.
- Establish data entry priorities.
- Coordinate the verification, approval, and processing of document revisions, and track document activity to ensure timeliness and process efficiency.
- Review input/output data to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to quality standards and specifications.
- Provide reports as requested.
- Assist with other data entry requests as needed to support S&IH records
- Maintains accurate filing systems.
- Required to attend and/or successfully complete training classes as determined by the Training and Development Technologies Department, through General Employee Training (Reference DOE Order 426.2).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, electronic mail, and calendar software applications required.

Preferred Job Requirements
- Previous experience and knowledge of Safety and Industrial Hygiene records, management of multiple data set databases, excellent communication skills
