What You'll Do
- Provide support to Construction Project Team members, including understanding project scope, schedule, and budget, monitoring project progress, and identifying scope, schedule, and budget deviations and notifying project team of potential trends.
- Review all trends and Baseline Change Proposals (BCPs) for quality/accuracy and completeness including schedule and estimates to ensure documents were completed per guidelines.
- Import project schedules for pricing, performance and validation into WebEVM (Earned Value Management software)
- Responsible for coordinating the overall implementation of the trend and Original Baselines/ Baseline Change Proposals (OBL/BCP) programs. Assign and maintain schedule baseline files in WebEVM software
- Compile, validate and maintain data for multiple projects in various databases and softwares (including baselines, performance and actual cost).
- Project setup/closeout and maintenance including updating various reporting criteria in systems, including health colors, project status, and other criteria for all active projects
- Generate monthly performance measurement data/reports for management team and other departments.
- Rate table verification and analysis, for variance explanations
- Support project manager with project setup, tracking, monthly reporting and project close out
- Produce monthly reports for management review and meetings
- Review and track P6 schedules for appropriate required coding, elements - Milestones
- Develop and track data for management metrics, including project performance and employee performance
- Responsible for recommending, preparing, and maintaining procedures, systems, policies, and controls pertaining to the assigned area of responsibility.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement associated with existing processes, tools and methods.
- Responsible for developing, coordinating and performing training in area of responsibility

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Typical experience ranging from 4 to 7 years.
- Master’s degree plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Typical experience ranging from 4 to 7 years.
- OR Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 10 years of completed education and/or relevant experience.
