Duties
As a Management And Program Analyst, You Will
- Serve as Tele/Remote Work Program Coordinator for the Office of Management (MA) and is the principal advisor on tele/remote work, labor/employee relations issues and problems including those that require in-depth, substantive analysis of Departmental policy and procedures to advise management officials and employees on appropriate courses of action.
- Provide advice to management and employees on controversial employee issues such as position designation changes and employee locality adjustments and issues.
- Serve as primary liaison on IG/GAO audits for MA involving facilitating, tracking, coordinating, and reporting on the audit process from the initiation of the audit to completion of corrective actions taken.
- Serve as principal advisor on performance management labor/employee relations issues and problems including those that require in-depth, substantive analysis of Departmental policy and procedures to advise management officials and employees on appropriate courses of action.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting
ALL of the following:
- Assisting with human resources activities for non-executive staff (e.g., coordinating position descriptions, recruitment, onboarding, promotions, details, etc.).
- Recording IG/GAO audits for recordkeeping purposes.
- Providing administrative support to staff, internal and external customers.
"Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
