Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Responsibilities
The Integrated Work Control (IWC) Division is seeking an experienced and influential Senior Business Process Analyst to operate at the intersection of data, process, systems, and leadership communication.
The IWC Division manages the Integrated Work Control Process (IWCP) and associated systems that are essential to the safe execution of work to support national security missions which include construction, maintenance, site services, environmental restoration, and research and development activities.
Additionally, the IWC manages a suite of metrics and KPIs to inform managers and senior leaders of performance trends and issues. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and driving process optimization and continuous improvement across the division.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the division’s primary point of contact for all performance metrics and analytics.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to enable informed, data-driven decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Act as the division’s subject matter expert and power user for key systems. (e.g., Power BI, Maximo, SharePoint)
- Support and maintain the division’s training and qualification program.
- Maintain division-owned company documents, forms, and procedural content.
- Analyze, Identify, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Ensure process changes and updates are clearly communicated to impacted stakeholders.
- Manage and update the division-level data inventory for maintenance and construction job plans.
- Prepare and deliver reports and executive-level briefings on performance, trends, and key issues.
- Manage and track division-level risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
- Other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor.
Qualifications
Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and experience and at least 5 years of professional level experience or equivalent training and experience.
- Degree or certifications in business analytics, information systems, industrial engineering or business administration is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications is preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, SharePoint.
- Extensive knowledge of IBM Maximo is preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Experience in government, construction, or high-hazard operational environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with ability to brief leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and management.
- Familiarity with workflow/process automation tools is preferred.
- Able to utilize initiative and possess ability to apply knowledge and experience to resolve problems and compose technical correspondence and reports.
- Able to prioritize and schedule multiple activities in the most efficient manner to meet required deadlines.
- Able to remember extensive policies, procedures, terminology, schedules, personnel and other details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite. (Microsoft Excel to include pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling)
- The primary work location will be at the Nevada National Security Site (located 65 miles northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada).
- Work schedule for this position will be 4/10’s, Monday – Thursday (subject to change).
- Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.

Identity, Credential, and Access Management,’ and Supplemental Directive NNSA SD 206.2, ‘

Annual salary range for this position is: $78,832.00 - $118,248.00.
Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
