What You'll Do
Will serve as the Financial Reporting and Modeling Senior Manager, a member of the Finance & Business Operations management team reporting to the Deputy CFO. Primarily manages and supervises the Financial Reporting and Modeling finance staff and ensures excellence in organizational performance.
- Provides leadership, direction and oversight to staff supporting enterprise level financial modeling, rate management and reporting.
- Supports site operations by managing costing and planning rates, configuring and maintaining financial systems, developing site-wide standardized reports, overseeing the creation of all standard pricing rates and maintaining interactive financial databases.
- Lead the team in providing rate development guidance and conducting monthly rate variance analysis and forecasting.
- Manage interactive financial databases/models which are used in a variety of impact analyses.
- Coordinates the development of standard reports by gathering specifications, determining the correct programming resources, and identifying available data sources.
- Provides ad hoc financial modeling services, audit support, and SAP Project System Functional Lead support.
- This individual will work with organizational personnel and management within CNS as well as external customers and support all contractual deliverables (Annual Controlled Baseline, Rate Monitoring, Organization Performance Reporting, etc.).
The individual ensures:
- Assignments are completed on schedule through effective time management.
- Compliance with all applicable external and internal rules, regulations and procedures.
- Processes are documented in desk guides.
- Documentation is maintained in configuration control of all financial information.
- Timely and effective communication and coordination within the Finance and Business Operations Organization, along with timely definition and communication with the organization personnel and management .
- Identifies and solves financial problems within work group being supported.
- Identifies change initiatives within area of responsibility.
- Supports cooperation and cohesiveness within work unit being supported.

- Ensures implementation of prevention and mitigation measures to eliminate or reduce the risks and potential consequences.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related field is required with at least 10 years of relevant progressive experience.
- Master's degree and professional certification preferred (e.g. MBA, PMP, CPA).
- Demonstrated advanced problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills necessary to independently advise, recommend, and resolve highly complex problems.
- Experience managing multiple, complex projects and goals, as well as team, departmental, organizational, institutional, and customer objectives.
- A detailed knowledge of CNS business and operations support, business configurations, resources, practices and processes.
- Position must have an understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Position requires a working knowledge of Microsoft software applications, proficiency in Windows, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tableau and the ability to integrate applications.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and the Corporate Information Center (CIC).
- Demonstrated experience in rate development and management.
- Experience delivering financial briefings, documentation, reports and financial advice to Senior Management, personnel and other external organizations.
- Self-motivated and performs independent problem solving and analysis which requires application of critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to frequently changing requirements and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills.
