We are looking for a talented General Manager for Americas to join our Stamford | AvK brand Cummins Generator Technologies organization in Americas in Minneapolis, MN.

The General Manager-Americas directs the sales and marketing of Stamford | AvK – Generators in Americas and supervises the operations of CGT organization in Americas.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Through Managers, enforce operating standards across various functional areas such as customer service, finance, and human resources.

Lead Six Sigma initiatives and drive ongoing enhancements within the organization.
Cultivate high-functioning teams by setting goals for training, development, and career planning.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
Advanced degree in Business or related field preferred.
Green Belt certified.
Significant experience required, including managerial, product, customer, and budgetary experience.
