Monolith Construction LLC is seeking to hire a Project Manager with 6+ years of management experience.
The successful candidate for Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery and management of single or multiple projects that range from $500,000.00-50,000,000.00 in the greater Knoxville, TN area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced team environment in a small company atmosphere.
Routine duties of the position consist of but are not limited to:
· Fully understand the scope and needs of each project
· Effectively coordinate the project team to meet and exceed client expectations
· Develop project schedule, maintain schedule and ensure goals are met
· Assist/Direct superintendents in problem solving of challenges that arise
· Understand the budget requirements and maintain those requirements for each project
· Professionally coordinate communication with Design Team, Owners, Employees, Suppliers and Subcontractors
· Maintain positive and energetic attitude while performing under project demands and deadlines
· Create accurate estimates and budgets for project scope changes
· Effectively write proposals, reports and prepare other project documentation
· Prepare contracts, review A/R for projects and efficiently coordinate with office
Requirements for the position:
· Have 6+ years of experience in Multi Family Construction Management that demonstrates professional ability
· Preferably possess BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
· A strong competency with Microsoft Office, Project and Procore
· Proven ability to successfully lead a team in the completion of construction projects
