What You'll Do
Assists in all areas of Labor Relations and Human Resources for the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) project. Serves as Labor Relations and Human Resources interface with bargaining unit employees, stewards, and peers in other departments. Specifically responsible for: onboarding new employees inclusive of badging, background checks, and all other LR/HR onboarding activities; FMLA submission and verification; employee evaluations; participating in investigations of potential employee misconduct; auditing incentive programs for accuracy and compliance; creating and maintaining records associated with alleged violations of the bargaining unit contract (grievances); participating in formal grievance hearings and assisting in the preparation of arbitration cases; and interpretation and implementation of Human Resources (in particular Labor Relations) policies and procedures and the bargaining unit contract. Participates in ad-hoc assignments involving Human Resources, Labor Relations, Benefit Plans, Payroll and Operations Management processes. Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Associate degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Human Resources and Labor Relations experience.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
