Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Employee Relocation System Specialist to work in our Campus Development Office. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Research and Education Campus with every other Friday off. All work is performed onsite. You will participate in the coordination and administration of assigned employee relocation activities. You will report directly to the manager of the Campus Development Office. Responsibilities Include: - Develop modern processes, procedures, instructions, guidance, and tools to establish and maintain configuration management within assigned program(s). - Establish and maintain consistency between design requirements, physical configuration, and documentation (including analysis, drawings, and procedures) for assigned system requirements and physical equipment. - Integrate configuration management into other business processes that could, through an unmanaged change, impact the safety basis of a Structure, Systems and Components (SSC) or the configuration of data inputs or physical facility configurations that could lead to safety concerns or issues (e.g. Fire Department responding to a space that is not aligned with iMap information). - Identify opportunities to streamline programmatic execution using various tools and processes. - Establish and deploy aspects of the assigned design process (i.e., engineering design or space design, etc.), configuration management, and resulting documentation. - Collaborate with professionals, management, and/or other staff within the laboratory and with subcontracted teaming partners. Primary point of contact with both internal and external team members and customers. - Perform other specific technical tasks independently and as part of a team as necessary to support program(s). - Select methods and techniques necessary to obtain goals. - Function in a leadership role to mentor other staff and effectively structure responsibilities to establish desired program goals. Mentor other staff members to develop routine and one-time deliverables. Mentor staff regarding support to program(s) through professional experience gained from prior positions.
