GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying and understanding inventory management issues involved in each assignment and determining the steps and procedures that are necessary to draw conclusions; 2) Participating in preparing recommendations for the flow of supplies from initial plan through acquisition, storage, issue, and utilization or disposal; 3) Maintaining records and controls over materials in stock, due in, or planned for distribution within the supply system; 4) Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, orally, and in writing. GS-09: Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. 1) Participating in planning, developing, implementing and managing effective and affordable product support strategies throughout the life cycle for materials; 2) Serving as the focal point for the receipt coordination of materials and the resolution of difficult supply procurement problems; 3) Insuring HAZMAT materials are properly packaged according to department policies and regulations for all different modes of transportation; 4) Reviewing reports, plans and schedules to determine material requirements.
