Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for Contractor Assurance Elements including but not limited to, Issues Management, Lessons Learned, Management Assessments, Worker Feedback and Improvement, with a primary focus on Metrics, Trending, Performance Indicators, and Reporting. Principle responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining necessary programmatic elements to support contractor assurance programs, i.e. procedures, charters, desktop instructions, plans, etc.
- Coordinating and communicating with functional points of contact throughout the project to implement, facilitate work execution, and develop/implement metrics and trending reporting.
- Benchmarking applicable programs to implement best practices.
- Preparing and participating in briefings, presentations, and meetings.
- Presenting complex metrics to senior and executive management.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- OR Master's degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- OR PhD: No experience
- OR 12 or more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university and 2 years of experience in quality programs/processes
- Beginning to intermediate knowledge and application of 10 CFR 830 Subpart A, DOE Order 414.1D, national consensus standard ASME NQA-1-2008 / ASME NQA-1a-2009 Addenda to ASME NQA-1-2008, or quality assurance work experience germane to high-value, safety-significant construction/start-up projects
- Beginning to intermediate knowledge of requirements and program implementation practices for one or more contractor assurance elements
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skills in developing performance metrics, including leading indicators of performance areas
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skills in analyzing information, reporting performance results, promoting process improvement, and the traits of a healthy nuclear safety quality culture
- Experience in the development, preparation, review, and approval of quality assurance procedures, guides, plans, schedules, etc.
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing processes, methods, and procedures, conducting and applying statistical analysis methods, and utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving techniques
- Experience with the PowerBI/Tableau Software suite for developing performance metrics and dashboards
- Experience with the DevonWay Software suite and programs
- Six Sigma black belt training and/or certification
