Job Description
You will be an inspection supervisor for the PAC-3. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑performance missile hardware and launch‑vehicle systems that meet the toughest quality standards.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Inspector Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the inspection effort for PAC‑3 missile hardware, ensuring compliance with stringent quality requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the inspection process.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Lead and mentor a team of inspectors to achieve inspection excellence.
- Develop and execute inspection plans for missile components and launch‑vehicle systems.
- Identify and resolve non‑conformances, documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to integrate quality feedback.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
