Basic Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Quality Management).
Talent development and mentoring /coaching abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise language

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Associate Manager to support workforce planning, culture & development. You will work directly with the Manufacturing Senior Manager and play a critical role in shaping the success of our department as we continue to grow rapidly. The ideal candidate possesses proven leadership experience, and the ability to influence and support others through recruitment, coaching, development, and performance management.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Quality Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving team culture, providing tools for other leaders to be successful, and ensuring we have the right people and resources to deliver on our goals. Your other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manpower forecasting
- Organizational workforce planning
- Recruiting support
- Budget alignment
- Employee Development
You will partner closely with departmental leaders to enhance team performance, build a strong culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensure that our people strategy is aligned with operational objectives. You'll play a critical role in driving our department's success.
