What You'll Do
As a vital member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring seamless operations between our Pantex and our federal counterparts. This includes coordinating administrative needs and ensuring smooth information flow to and from headquarters. You will manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for leadership, both internally and with external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and strong written communication skills. Facilitating effective communication with executive-level leadership, exercising discretion and professionalism in all interactions, is a key aspect of this role. You will also organize and maintain efficient filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring the confidentiality and accessibility of important documents. Finally, you will assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Associate degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Job Requirements
Prior experience with federal systems or platforms relevant to the agency would be a advantage. Prior knowledge and experience with procurement and/or supply chain processes, including vendor management, purchase order procedures, and an understanding of federal procurement regulations (e.g., Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)) is preferred.

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.
Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10 CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply.
