What You'll Do
This Position Performs The Following Duties
- Build dashboards for analysis for different costing/planning rates, the Annual Controlled Baseline (ACB), and analytics used by Program Integration at CNS.
- Work closely with different department/divisions inside and outside the resident department, as interactions will be at multiple levels of the organization within CNS.
- Dashboards created will be shared in communications with external customers (such as NNSA YFO). Given this, secondary support includes maintaining key financial systems/databases within the department.
- Create dashboards to analyze performance of CNS indirect pools/rates and to analyze planning phasing in the ACB to provide an accurate month-to-month plan for the next fiscal year.
- Develop analytical tools to look for gaps between the staffing plan, program plans, and organizational plans.
- Manage a database for Program Integration from the Prioritized Project List, Requirements Over Target and the Obligational Control Level crosswalk.
- Track performance of the CNS Annual Controlled Baseline versus actual cost.
- Provide metrics identifying gaps between planning and actual cost.
- Develop modeling techniques to measure the impact of cost model changes and rate changes.
- Provide analysis to answer data calls from external customers (NA-MB, YFO).
The Individual Ensures
- Timely and effective communication and coordination within the FBO Division on a variety of financial issues.
- Accurate reporting of rates, cost, budget, and funding for all areas of the CNS financial structure.
- Assignments are completed on schedule through effective time management.
- Compliance with all applicable external and internal rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Documentation is maintained in configuration control of all financial information.
- Identification and implementation of solutions for financial issues within work group being supported.
- Identification and support of change initiatives within area of responsibility.
- Support of cooperation and cohesiveness within their assigned work group.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
- OR Master's degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- OR PhD: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
