What You'll Do
- Serve as the Mission Engineering Assessment Coordinator
- Develop and manage the annual assessment schedule
- Conduct periodic assessments related to Mission Engineering
- Input assessment issues into TOPIC
- Coordinate external assessment requests related to Mission Engineering
- Coordinate and host periodic meetings
- Assist in the development of improvement initiatives related to Mission Engineering processes
- Assist in the tracking and development of Mission Engineering Metrics
- Interact with various levels of management, CNS customer, and external entities
- Assist Mission Engineering with TOPIC issues, developing action plans and closure of actions

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ten or more years of educational and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Demonstrated computer skills and knowledge of software applications including MS Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Tableau, and TOPIC
- Ability to develop and maintain historical information
- Strong technical planning, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in program and project management, success in leading cross functional teams, and change management skills
- Experience in data analysis and statistical analysis of data is desired
