What You'll Do
As part of the Y-12 Printing team, you’ll support the Y-12 site by
- Coordinating Y-12 printing orders with the Government Publishing Office from initial order through payment. Scope includes collaborating with on-site and off-site printing personnel to determine best products and reasonable deadlines; entering information in SAP HANA and other computer applications; tracking orders; ensuring quality; and processing payments.
- Managing consumable inventory for the Y-12 print shop and coordinate necessary procurements. Scope includes awareness of capabilities of equipment in print shop, monitoring quantities of materials on-site, and researching options within the industry and possible vendors.
- Coordinating service calls for printing equipment with established vendors.

Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma: No experience
- OR Associate degree: No experience
Preferred Job Requirements
- Printing, finance/business, contracts, or procurement background
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes
- Experience with writing statements of work
- Ability to follow procedures and demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
