Job purpose: Tatweer MEA is seeking a highly qualified Country Manager to lead its expansion, establishing a strong market presence and advancing growth for its specialized services.
Drawing on Tatweer’s extensive expertise in the following fields:
- Smart Cities Solutions
- Digital Transformation & Productization
- Transportation & Infrastructure Engineering Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving strategic development, cultivating high-impact business partnerships, and overseeing regional operations to strengthen Tatweer’s position.
- Establish strategic relationships with government authorities, corporate stakeholders, and technology partners to promote the adoption of potential projects, thereby elevating Tatweer’s service offerings.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for regional growth, continuously assessing progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Conduct periodic market analyses to remain competitive and agile in response to emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture focused on achieving Tatweer’s mission.
- Build a regional program to elevate skills and performance of project managers, sales, and technical support teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in business development leadership roles in USA.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field (master’s degree preferred).
