The Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo) Business Operations team is seeking a self-directed Financial Analyst that works well in a team environment with a strong willingness to support others. As a Financial Analyst on our team, we will depend on your sound judgment and decision-making skills to lead the cash flow and general ledger business system/process, and strong organization skills to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities.
A Day In The Life Of An Account & Financial Analyst, Under General/minimal Supervision, Will Include But Is Not Limited To:
- General accountant to support AR Billing for Customer
- Communicate timely to internal organizations time entry system (TIS) and Floor Check inadequacies
- Maintain and update responsible desktop and/or company procedures
- Provide interpretive guidance to other departments
- Review and maintain all TIS Compliance records. Communicate with internal groups regarding corrections
- Train employees on TIS compliance and Floor Check requirements and processes
- Supports accounting financial tracking and reporting metrics
- Recommend and implement system process and internal control improvements
- Support monthly accounting close activities and invoicing held costs for rebilling
- Support internal and external audit inquiries including data sampling, follow up research, corrective action development and execution
Basic Qualifications
- Career Level Grade 16: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
- Career Level Grade 17: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 6 or more years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
- Demonstrated, strong, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of various systems including but not limited to Asset Suite, PeopleSoft ERP systems, Power Bi and Crystal Reporting
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
- Career Level Grade 16: $88,200 - $111,100.
- Career Level Grade 17: $96,938- $122,113.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
