With over 25 years of experience in science and business, I have supported federal R&D programs, applied university research, and technology commercialization in areas including: carbon management, technology readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement. At the U.S. DOE National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), I evaluated R&D portfolios using Technology Readiness Level metrics and contributed to the development of the Operational Readiness Level framework. I directed national Call for Papers processes and chaired technical sessions, demonstrating my ability to manage complex projects and engage with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, I produced technical papers, market updates, and newsletters, using my skills in technical writing and communication to reach thousands of DOE stakeholders.
