Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Laborer Supervisor to work in our Utilities and Infrastructure department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our MFC facility with every Friday off. You will report to the senior manager. Provide direction and immediate supervision to a group of employees who provide laborer support to MFC facilities Responsibilities Include: - Provide daily direction and immediate supervision of represented staff. - Accountable for the outcomes and results of team. - Maintain schedules and workflow of the team. - Direct team based on established procedures. - Assign tasks and monitor work at frequent intervals. - Execute specified routine tasks. - Monitor projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget. - Provide input and contribute to managing resources and costs. - Optimize the use of materials, tools, and manpower to achieve cost efficiency while following strict procedural adherence. - First level of management with human resource responsibilities. - May have own individual contributor responsibilities but people management is an essential element of the job. - Work with team members and/or functional peer groups. - Follow established practices and procedures. - Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect staff, equipment, and the environment. - This posting will close: 1-13-25
