Spectra Tech has an immediate need for a Director of Environmental and Engineering (E&E) in our corporate office in Oak Ridge, TN.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Conduct all activities in accordance with corporate values.
· Develop, maintain, and execute a business plan for E&E that meets key measures and profit goal established by Company President.
· Work with Company President and Senior Vice President on overall company financial management (including monitoring revenue margins and budgeting), corporate business plan and special issues.
· Maintain and establish relationships with clients, teaming partners, contractors, and E&E employees.
· Coordinate with Spectra Tech sales team to service existing clients and to strategically develop new clients.
· Serve as capture and technical lead for assigned proposals.
· Establish Spectra Tech as a recognized brand name for providing quality E&E services.
Education and Experience:
· Education: BS in Engineering. Any discipline, but mechanical, civil or electrical engineering is preferred.
· Experience: 20+ years of experience preferred
· Certifications: Professional Engineering License preferred.
· Government contracting experience required

Assume management and responsibility of ALL Spectra Tech E&E contracts
