Position: Privacy Compliance Manager
Zachary Piper Solutions, LLC is a contractor in support of the federal government, specializing in cybersecurity operations, engineering, and compliance. This position is in support a contract with the Department of Energy at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. Y-12 is a premier manufacturing facility dedicated to making our nation and the world a safer place and plays a vital role in the Department of Energy’s Nuclear Security Enterprise by ensuring a safe and effective U.S. nuclear weapons deterrent, retrieve and store nuclear materials, fuel the nation’s naval reactors, and perform complementary work for other government and private-sector entities.
Location: Oak Ridge, Tennessee - On-site
Requirements:
- Develops and oversees privacy compliance program and privacy program staff, supporting privacy compliance needs of privacy and security executives and their teams.
- Monitor compliance with the GDPR and other national data protection laws as well as policies established by controllers or processors for the protection of personal data
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance
- Elevate awareness within the organization about compliance requirements
- Train staff involved in processing operations
- Act as a liaison between the organization and supervisory authorities
- Manage internal data protection activities
- Advise on data protection impact assessments
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Q preferred. May consider Top Secret with investigation current within the last 5 years
- On-site, no remote
- Associates Degree - Masters Degree with 2 -10 years of experience
Preferred Requirements:
- IAPP CIPP certification or training
- Experience with Privacy Impact Assessments or Privacy Threshold Analysis
Technical Environment: Microsoft
Compensation:
- $100,000 - $155,000 (Pay based on years of experience and education)
