Job Description
The Advanced Technology Innovation Pipeline (ATIP) Management and Acceleration unit is seeking a Business Professional that will contribute to supporting ATIP program budget and financial tracking for a large number of external contracts and internal business areas. This person would be responsible for helping with financial tracking, planning, budgeting, and procurement related job duties. This position will be located at Bettis or Knolls.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Support of ATIP budget tracking, execution, planning, and communication
- Entering accruals and reconciling monthly financials
- Maintaining records using ATIP's financial tracking processes
- Communicating with contract technical leads, Procurement Department, and distributed funds managers to obtain status updates
- Managing and analyzing large amounts of data and communications
- Entering updates into the financial tracker
- Supporting FMP financial performance requirements for DOE and Navy Source of Funds (SOF) metrics
- Serves as a liaison with Financial Services, Directorate Management Office, and SOF owners
- Collects and maintains information on materials and services, and workforce spending
- Works with enterprise financial systems to collect and report financial information
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with company management
Required Combination Of Knowledge And Skill
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience.

Pay Range
$63,900.00 - $97,800.00 annually
