Duties
- You will brief senior leadership on complex transformation engineering plans, presenting clear return on investment (ROI) and mission-readiness metrics.
- You will cultivate strategic partnerships across intelligence agencies, Department of War (DoW) commands, and contractor facilities to synchronize information technology (IT) efforts.
- You will design and manage the enterprise framework using Department of War (DoW) Architecture Framework and modern modeling methodologies.
- You will serve as a critical member of the Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF), directly enabling authorizations to operate (ATOs) on classified networks.

Qualifications

In Addition To My Experience Demonstrating The Four Competencies Above, I Have One Year Of Specialized Experience Equivalent To The Next Lower Grade Level (GG/GS-12) Or Pay Band In The Federal Service Or Equivalent Experience In The Private Or Public Sector Such As:
- Design and manage the enterprise framework using DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and modern modeling methodologies;
- Engineer detailed network and accreditation diagrams detailing hardware, software, ports, protocols, and services (PPSM) and enforce rigorous compliance with Information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity policies across all architectural layers;
- Establish and promulgate IT standards for both in-house development and contracted initiatives;
- Lead architectural governance and IT portfolio management activities to ensure strict alignment with the target architecture;

This Position Has Been Designated As a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce Position In Specialty Area [65 - Enterprise Architecture] And As a Condition Of Employment Incumbents Of The Position Are Required To Comply With The DON Cyber IT/CSWF Program Requirements Of SECNAV M-5239.2, Which Include:
- 1. Earn and maintain appropriate credentials from the Cyber IT/CSWF Qualification Matrix (described in SECNAV M-5239.2) associated with the specialty area and level commensurate with the scope of major assigned duties for the position to which you are assigned, and;
