Who We Are And What We Do
The Tennessee Department of Correction operates and oversees 14 adult prisons across the state, housing some 21,000 offenders. In the community, TDOC supervises 79,000 offenders on probation, parole, or community corrections. The department operates 44 probation/parole offices in 13 districts across the state.
Job Overview
The Predictive Analysis Program Manager leads the OIC department's key initiative for spotting emerging trends and preventing serious incidents.
This role independently examines mission critical data to identify early warning signs, highlight developing risks, and provide leadership with forward looking insights on potential security challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the statewide Predictive Analysis program.
- Compile and analyze statistical data for all TDOC facilities related to: Homicides, Suicides, Narcotics, Contraband, Assaults, Overdoses, Searches, and Safety metrics.
- Provide predictive assessments and operational recommendations to Special Operations and legislative bodies.
- Advise leadership on emerging risk areas and forecasted security challenges.
- Maintain and manage compliance for Special Agent training and credentialing requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience equivalent to four years of increasingly responsible full-time professional administrative experience.
Preferred Qualification
- Demonstrated analytical expertise that directly supports and strengthens statewide security is highly desired for this role.
