Position Overview/Duties
Position Duties:
- Support critical acquisition business systems including PCF, PIEE, CPARS, and the PSC selection tool.
- Serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for various ITL acquisition vehicles.
- Evaluate planning phases, perform continuous reviews of timelines and cost estimates, and ensure compliance with regulations and funding applications.
- Maintain regular communication with Lab SMEs regarding action statuses and risk while building relationship with PMs and PIs.
- Oversee the timely laboratory review and approval of contractual documents to optimize response times.

The Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) at the Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) has a need to fill the position of the
Program Analyst, DJ-0343-03 (equivalent GS 11-12). All interested permanent ERDC and USACE employees are encouraged to consider and apply for this opportunity. The duty location for this will be Vicksburg, MS.
Position Status: Promotion/Permanent Reassignment
Duty Location: Vicksburg, MS
PCS will not be considered in filling this permanent assignment and remote work will not be considered.
To Qualify At The DJ-3 Level
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience (1) perform analytical and administrative duties to obtain, compile, and summarize quantitative data to be used by senior management or program managers concerning the program estimates and obligations; (2) review cost estimates, justifications of resources, and execution of performance schedules; and/or (3) develop recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service DJ-2 (GS-09).

- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- All positions require the applicant to be a citizen of the United States.
