How You'll Make An Impact
- Review purchase orders and specifications to verify quality requirements are met.
- Support warranty and quality system activities through data management and reporting.
- Analyze internal and customer quality data to assess product conformance.
- Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance programs.
- Investigate technical issues and support warranty evaluations and tracking activities.
- Monitor corrective actions and help drive resolution of quality concerns.
- Participate in product and process audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain warranty documentation and records with a high level of accuracy.
Your Background
- 10+ years of experience in bushing and components manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering instructions.
- Experience using precision measurement and inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Experience with transformer systems, power products, or customer-facing quality support is preferred.
