As
Director of Turnover, you'll provide leadership and oversight for turnover operations across multiple large-scale projects and portfolios. You will be responsible for ensuring enterprise-level turnover standards, methodologies, and best practices are followed, engaging leadleadership teams in the coordination and facilitation of field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction. This will be achieved through direction of walkdown activities across active construction sites, providing guidance to construction leadership, subcontractor management, and client stakeholders through the scope of complex multi-discipline systems. Additionally, you will be accountable for working within frameworks for collaboration with field Quality and sub-contractors, ensuring organizational adherence to testing and documentation requirements, and confirming the completion of pre-commissioning activities such as megger and continuity, testing and balancing, chemical cleaning and flushing, passivation, and pressure testing across your portfolio.
You will champion the adoption and optimization of our latest applicable digital platforms for project related activities, including punchlist management systems, reviews of system testing protocols, and the standardization of construction turnover package assembly. In coordination with project controls and construction leadership, you will develop and implement strategic frameworks for the final turnover of facilities, systems, and equipment to CQV teams in accordance with master program schedules. Proven executive leadership experience in fast-paced, multi-site construction environments is essential.
You and your teams will be accountable for establishing strong partnerships with construction and CQV organizations to provide logical system and partial system boundaries that facilitate timely installation, construction completion, and turnover activities across your portfolio. You'll provide oversight for the interpretation of P&IDs, line diagrams, panel layouts, and CSA drawings as per system scope requirements. Engaged coordination with field construction quality leadership to resolve systemic issues identified on system walkdowns is a key component of this role, fostering an organizational culture of innovation and problem-solving excellence. In this capacity, you will be responsible for implementing, and standardizing enterprise-level turnover programs across multiple sites and regions, ensuring consistency in processes, documentation, and quality standards while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to site-specific and regional requirements. This will enable you and your teams to lead the timely transfer of care, custody, and control of systems to our clients.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related experience in lieu of degree
- 15+ years of progressive Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology projects, Data Center projects, or equivalent complex facilities
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- Ability to provide leadership presence on active construction sites as needed. This would include the use of PPE, site visits, and client-facing activities.
- Proven experience developing and implementing turnover programs across multiple sites and regions simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to standardize processes and procedures across different geographical locations and business units.
- Experience establishing partnerships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders at the executive level.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams with a focus on cross-functional and cross-discipline coordination
- Comprehensive knowledge of GDP Requirements and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings (P&IDs, Single Lines, Isometrics, etc.).
- Deep understanding of systems-based scoping and turnover processes with ability to innovate and improve methodologies.
- Expertise in Construction Turnover Package assembly standards and quality frameworks.
- Experience with digital construction platforms including emerging technologies.

The base salary range for this position is $169,500.00 to $233,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
