What You'll Do
- Lead maintenance team activities to achieve plant safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Drive equipment uptime improvement using data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving
- Own and manage SAP PM system including PM program development, work order planning, and asset master data accuracy
- Manage spare parts inventory and drive cost reduction initiatives related to maintenance materials and services
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations while promoting continuous improvement
Must-Have Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
✅ 3–7 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing operations
✅ Experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS systems
✅ Proven ability in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
