Job Description
Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking an experienced Contractor Administrator to join our growing team! This position supports the prime contract program which drives operational excellence and discipline through executing and supporting contractual requirement compliance for the laboratory. The selected individual will interface frequently with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Managers, and Department of Energy (DOE) staff and reports to the Prime Contract Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responding to Contract Administrator Notices
- Working with SME’s to prepare Compliance Assessment and Implementation Reports
- Prepare correspondence for submittal to Contracting Officer. Includes advance notice of pending CANs via REVCOMM.
- Primary POC with DOE and NNSA Directives staff responding to inquiries, data calls, and representation at Monthly Directives Meetings
- Working with Procedures group on National Lab policies and procedures and compliance with DOE Orders and the SRS SRIDs database.
- Reporting, strategizing, briefings to executive management.
- Ability to write and communicate effectively across organizational levels
- Entering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and creating reports from electronic records database
- Ensures fulfilment of contractual obligations from contracting parties.
- Works safely with particular attention to quality. Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7-9 years of relevant experience
- For ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is Legally Required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical field
- Active DOE Clearance
- NCMA (National Contract Management Association) Certification
