Our Supply Chain Support Team Is Seeking a Supply Chain Specialist. Under Direct Supervision, The Individual Will Perform Job Duties That May Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:
- Review invoices for accuracy against contractual requirements and route them for approval in Asset Suite.
- Provide a broad range of procurement and supply chain-related support to the department working within established procedures.
- Participate in solicitation, award, administration, and closeout of subcontracts.
- Support the Small Business Program, including reporting and mentor-protégé program reporting and progress.
- Ensure Supply Chain compliance with prime contract clauses, applicable laws, and regulations.
- Participate in available training to enhance work skills and capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of procurement tools and providing feedback for the revision/updates to CPCCo procedures.
- Assist with task order closeout activities to help meet prime contract closeout deadlines.
- Support audit activities.
- Review purchasing card hardcopy and electronic records against the rules and requirements in place at that time to determine if proper backup documentation has been provided.
- Scan reviewed records, and review records scanned by others for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Upload records into the Integrated Document Management System (IDMS).
- Communicate with Purchase Card Holders, Approving Managers, and vendors.
- Monitor subcontractor required reporting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with attention to details.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to effectively interact with and convey information to company personnel and management.
Basic Qualifications
- Early Career Level Grade 13: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate Grade 14: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 2 or more years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
2025 Salary Range:
- Entry Career Level Grade 13: $81,500 - $92,250
- Intermediate Grade 14: $81,500 - $101,500
Effective 1/1/2026 Salary Range:
- Early Career Level Grade 13: $81,500 - $94,300
- Intermediate Grade 14: $81,500 - $103,750
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
