Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Senior Intelligent Automation Developer to work on our Automation team. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our REC facility with every other Friday off. Remote or Hybrid work opportunities may be available for this position. Seeking Intelligent Automation Developer with strong customer-facing skills, AI expertise, and solution design experience to deliver impactful, scalable, and efficient process automation solutions. Responsibilities Include: - Apply intelligent automation principles, theories, and concepts to complex analytical processes. - Plan, develop and implement automation-engineering solutions using Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath. - Review source code, documentation, reports from users, and other technical artifacts. - Deploy automation components including: Bots, agents, development tools, code repositories, and scripts. - Monitor and adjust deployed automation solutions for optimal efficiency. Support existing RPA, agentic AI, and PowerApp solutions when issues arise. - Support project plans, establish scope, cost and schedule estimates. - Mentor junior Intelligent Automation Developers. - Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and security standards. - Remain current on Agentic AI and process automation technology and best practices. - Define strategic direction in assigned areas. - Ensure compliance with INL’s safety, security, environmental, health and quality assurance requirements.
