Beloform is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Office Manager to oversee and coordinate daily office operations in our New York location. This role is pivotal to maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment and supporting our leadership team in achieving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office
- Supervise and support office staff, vendors, and external service providers
- Organize internal meetings, maintain office supplies, and coordinate facility maintenance
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and ensure office compliance with company policies
- Monitor and manage budgets, invoicing, and office-related expenses
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications
- Maintain records, documentation, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar administrative or management role
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
