Job Description/Duties
-Implement mechanical maintenance plans for new equipment
- Implement reliability based maintenance including vibration and oil analysis
- Equipment startup and troubleshooting
- Work closely with facility engineers, contractors and maintenance groups
- SAP data entry for equipment information and maintenance related tasks
- Developing critical spare parts inventory
- Design and review mechanical systems related to facility infrastructure (HVAC, process plumbing, pumps)
- Review and write technical specifications for facility equipment and buildings
- Support craftsmen in the field with equipment issues and repairs as a technical resource
Job Qualification / Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- Past experience with industrial/facility equipment design and troubleshooting
- CAD experience preferred (Microstation preferred but not mandatory)
- SAP experience preferred
- Must be highly self-motivated and detail oriented
- Must be able to demonstrate superior written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be a US Citizen with no dual citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Department of Energy (DOE) clearance
- Must be available for support 24/7
- Must be able to work shutdowns and outages
